Graceful Living Care Homes was founded with a single conviction: that every older person deserves a home that is warm, safe, and full of life.
Our Story
Where Graceful Living began.
Graceful Living Care Homes was established in 2021 by people who understood, first-hand, how difficult it can be to find truly exceptional care for a loved one. We saw a gap between what was available and what older people actually deserved — and we set out to close it.
From the very beginning, our focus has been on creating a home, not a facility. A place where residents are known by name, where routines are respected, where families feel welcome, and where every member of staff arrives each day genuinely proud of the care they give.
That founding belief has guided every decision we have made since opening our doors in 2021 — from how we recruit and train our team, to how we design our spaces and plan our days. It is not a policy. It is simply who we are.

Kamilu brings over a decade of experience in residential and dementia care to Graceful Living. His approach is rooted in the belief that exceptional care is built on relationships — and that a well-led, well-supported team is the foundation of everything.
Since joining Graceful Living at its founding in 2021, Kamilu has shaped the culture of the home: one of openness, warmth, and relentless focus on the people who live here.
